MKC Begins Guest Room Reno of Grand Summit Hotel, Park City

Mike Kogan Consulting began guest room renovations in mid-October on the Grand Summit Hotel in the Canyons, Park City, UT. The resort, which has 632 rooms, will experience Phase 1 renovation of 162 guest rooms from mid-October until right before the season officially opens mid- November. All FF&E will be done by the NJ-based company.
The Grand Summit Hotel is a prime winter sport oasis, with ski-up services and ready access to the slopes right from their property. It has three restaurants, General Store, and two-story lodge. Located in the beautiful Canyons location and a mere 4 miles from Main Street, this sought after location is a jewel of the West.
This property is the first for MKC in the state of Utah.
