Faced with the upcoming ski season in the Jiminy Peak area, Mike Kogan and his team had to be sure that the timeshare renovations were completed before the season began. With 45 guest suites in need of new cabinetry, granite, appliances, carpet and fresh paint, the Mike Kogan Consulting team successfully finished the renovations before the season began. In the middle of the project, three buildings suffered exterior damage from extreme wind and snow. The team acted quickly and executed three emergency re-roofing’s for each building, returning the resort back to normal. 

Bentley Brook offers plenty of on-site activities and amenities for guests who travel from all over to enjoy fun-filled vacation. The Mike Kogan Consulting team saw to it that the project was meticulously done and ready for all the excited in-coming guests.
