Michael Kogan has been President of the Mike Kogan Consulting team and Pinnacle Commercial Development since April 2010. As founder of both companies, Mike brings over 30 years of expertise in the Construction Industry to his hands-on oversight of both companies. Mike’s prior experience as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for various construction companies brought him to the niche market of Hospitality Renovations, which led to the establishment of Mike Kogan Consulting.
Mike had the vision to provide a full-service firm that offers turnkey solutions; concentrating not just on construction, but also on the procurement, warehousing, design and maintenance of the project. His strength in building solid relationships leads to repeat customers.
As a national general contractor with licensing across the country, MKC can equally complete small and large-scale projects on time and within budget. Mike prides himself on his repeat clientele. He takes the time to develop a great understanding of his clients’ needs and desires. This, in turn, helps him deliver innovative, cost-saving solutions that exceed his client’s expectations on every project.
Mike has many philanthropic interests, both locally and nationally such as, “Give Kids the World,” “Habitat for Humanity”, “The Mustard Seed” and “The March of Dimes”, to name a few. He will be an Honoree at the 2016 Joe Namath March of Dimes Classic and serve as vice chairman of the event.
Mike makes his home at the New Jersey Shore where he and his family are very involved in their community.
