Staff from Mike Kogan Consulting and Pinnacle Commercial Development brought the initiative "Tie Warmth On" to Lunch Break, a community help center located in Red Bank, NJ. Volunteers tied much needed scarves to the backs of the chairs, prior to the diner's arrival. A card instructed them to take the scarves and "Pass kindness on." "Tie Warmth On" is a program of the Jordan Schuman Foundation for Kindness. MKC Begins Guest Room Reno of Grand Summit Hotel, Park City

Mike Kogan Consulting began guest room renovations in mid-October on the Grand Summit Hotel in the Canyons, Park City, UT. The resort, which has 632 rooms, will experience Phase 1 renovation of 162 guest rooms from mid-October until right before the season officially opens mid- November. MKC begins renovation on Music City’s Wyndham Nashville

Work began August 29 on the Wyndham Nashville—Building #17. The renovation plan, which includes buildings 18,20,21 as well as 17 is set to be completed by late November 2016. The buildings, which are designed in the true Deep South style of architecture, feature colonnaded facades, balconies and exterior stairways.
